Sergi is the CTO and co-founder at Flanks, and graduated in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (FIB) specialising in information technologies with a strong focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Álvaro Morales

Álvaro is co-founder and chairman at Flanks. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, is a former CEO at Banco Santander Internacional as well as a former global head of the private banking side of the Spanish banking group.

Benjamin Parotte

Benjamin is the Chief Revenue Office at Flanks, and has an MBA from HEC Liège. With more than 10-year experience in business development and account management in the banking software and IT consulting industries, he leads the growth strategy of Flanks.

Diego Kuperman

Diego, CDO at Flanks, studied Computer Science at the University of Buenos Aires. With over 20 years of experience in software development, he specializes in data aggregation and has worked with companies in Latin America and Europe. Diego co-founded Soysuper.com and Freekeylabs and is also an active speaker at conferences on Perl, Ruby, and JavaScript. Now, he leads the data team at Flanks.

David Sanz

David is the Head of Operations, has a degree in Labour Studies, GP® and AF® from IEAF, over ten years' experience in the banking sector, leading operations teams in private banking and retail, as well as commercial roles.

Elena Moñino

Elena is the Product Manager Lead at Flanks, has a degree in IT Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). With over 20-year of experience in the banking industry and information technology, spanning both private and fintech sectors, she leads Flanks product growth strategy.

Mireia Barón

Mireia is the Head of People at Flanks, and graduated in Labor Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). In previous years she led the People team in an international SaaS scale up with hyper growth.

Daniela Carranza

Daniela, Head of Marketing at Flanks, has an MBA from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. Marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in fintech and tech companies across Latin America. Now, she leads the Marketing team and Flanks' brand strategy.

Lamia Boukhibra

Lamia is the head of Project Management at Flanks, with an MSc in Finance and Management Control from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion. With over 10 years of experience in project management within the tech and service industries. At Flanks, Lamia oversees the onboarding of new clients, implementing our data solutions to elevate client experience and operational efficiency.

Arnau Ros

Arnau serves as the Head of Finance at Flanks and holds a Master's degree in Finance & Accounting. With over five years of experience, he has conducted audits for IM&PE firms and financial institutions across Spain and Luxembourg. Prior to his current role, Arnau was employed at one of the leading wealth management firms in Luxembourg, specializing in succession planning solutions for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI).

Raquel de Francisco

Raquel is the Legal Counsel at Flanks, and holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and an Economics degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). In previous years she worked for different law firms providing legal advice on cross-border transactions, corporate law and commercial contracts to national and international clients.
