He was named to Forbes Europe's 30 Under 30 (Finance, 2024) — the only Spaniard in his category — and recognised as WealthBriefing Europe's Rising Star Under 40 (2026).

Sergi is the CTO and co-founder at Flanks, and graduated in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (FIB) specialising in information technologies with a strong focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Álvaro is Co-Founder and Chairman at Flanks. He brings over 30 years in banking, including roles as CEO at Banco Santander Internacional and Global Head of Private Banking at Santander, with board and CEO positions at banks across the US, UK and Switzerland. At Flanks, he leads regulatory relationships, top-tier client engagement, and strategic direction.

Sebastian Henrichs joined Flanks as COO in 2025 to lead its expansion into DACH and the UK. He brings nearly two decades of operational leadership in regulated banking, including six years as CEO of FNZ Germany and Fondsdepot Bank, where he delivered a five-fold increase in shareholder value. With an MBA, CPA/CGMA certifications, and board experience across Germany, Luxembourg and the UK, he now strengthens Flanks' corporate backbone and international growth.

Elena is the Product Manager Lead at Flanks, has a degree in IT Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM). With over 20-year of experience in the banking industry and information technology, spanning both private and fintech sectors, she leads Flanks product growth strategy.

Mireia is the Head of People at Flanks, and graduated in Labor Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF). In previous years she led the People team in an international SaaS scale up with hyper growth.

Daniela, Head of Marketing at Flanks, has an MBA from the National University of Córdoba, Argentina. Marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in fintech and tech companies across Latin America. Now, she leads the Marketing team and Flanks' brand strategy.
