Flanks, founded in 2019 by Joaquim de la Cruz, Sergi Lao, and Álvaro Morales, is a Barcelona-based fintech company leading the way in wealth data aggregation.

Our cutting-edge product offers financial professionals a comprehensive view of their clients' assets by harnessing advanced data extraction technology. With compatibility across 280+ national and international entities, Flanks is setting the standard in the Open Wealth industry.

Thanks to our clients' support, we've seen remarkable growth, securing €2.3 million in investment in August 2021 and a significant €7.5 million in August 2023, demonstrating confidence in our vision and capabilities.

Joaquim is the CEO and co-founder at Flanks, and graduated in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (FIB). In previous years he led different areas of information extraction in startups, leveraging his experience in software development and project management.

Sergi is the CTO and co-founder at Flanks, and graduated in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (FIB) specialising in information technologies with a strong focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Álvaro is co-founder and chairman at Flanks. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, is a former CEO at Banco Santander Internacional as well as a former global head of the private banking side of the Spanish banking group.

Benjamin is the Chief Revenue Office at Flanks, and has an MBA from HEC Liège. With more than 10-year experience in business development and account management in the banking software and IT consulting industries, he leads the growth strategy of Flanks.
