Flanks has once again been named in the Sifted 250, Sifted's ranking of Europe's 250 fastest-growing startups by revenue growth, sponsored by Zoom this year. It is not the first time Flanks makes the list: the company was also part of the 2025 edition.
What the Sifted 250 measures
The Sifted 250 ranks private, independent European startups by the percentage revenue growth they achieved over their last three financial years, measured as a two-year compound annual growth rate. Companies submit signed financial documentation, and most of their revenue must come from proprietary technology.
In other words, the ranking rewards traction, not funding. In the 2025 edition, the 250 companies generated €6.3 billion in combined revenue, and fintech was the most represented sector, with 78 companies.
A consistent growth track record
This year's listing adds to a series of independent growth rankings:
- Sifted 250 (2025): a two-year revenue CAGR of 127.21%.
- Sifted 100: Southern Europe (2026): a two-year revenue CAGR of 115.99%.
- FT1000 (2026): Financial Times and Statista's ranking of Europe's fastest-growing companies, where Flanks placed 2nd in Spain and 4th in European fintech.
Why growth in wealth management starts with data
Every wealth institution wants to use AI. Few have the data to make it work.
Client wealth is spread across multiple banks, custodians and jurisdictions, in formats that rarely talk to each other. Without a clean, unified and compliant data layer underneath, AI models can't deliver reliable advice. They simply amplify the noise.
That is the problem Flanks was built to solve. Our AI wealth data infrastructure automates the aggregation and enrichment of complex portfolios across all asset classes, including alternatives, giving banks, family offices, asset managers and advisors a single source of truth.
Today, Flanks processes over 8.2 million portfolios monthly across more than 33 countries, aggregating more than €43 billion in assets through 700+ connections to financial institutions.
As Joaquim de la Cruz, CEO and co-founder of Flanks, put it at the Owen James WealthTech Matters roundtable in May 2026: "The AI that works in wealth is the AI grounded in the data that you own."
What comes next
Growth rankings measure where a company has been. For Flanks, they also confirm where the industry is heading: towards wealth management built on data infrastructure that institutions can trust, and AI that works on top of it.
Thank you to our clients, partners and team for making this possible.
